  • Teazen Kombucha contains a very low amount of naturally occuring caffeine (<3 mg) per stick (in comparison 1 cup fo coffee contains 132mg of caffeine)
  • If you want a completely caffeine free kombucha, try the Berry flavour as it is made from hubiscus which contains no caffeine

how to use

Method 1: 1 stick + 300ml of water
Method 2: 1 stick + 200ml of water + 150g of ice.

Note that the kombucha powder will bubble up when it mixes with water so make sure to leave around 50ml of space in your container.
* The colder the water, the more fizzy it is.

Recommended to consume 2-5 sticks per day, ideally on an empty stomach immediately after waking up, or whenever you want a refreshing drink
