• Yes — we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened skincare or cosmetic products.
• Clearance items are non-refundable.
• If you’d like to return an item, you can choose to use your own shipping method, or we can provide you with a pre-paid tracked returns label for £4 (this amount will be deducted from your refund).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
