Not yet! However, shipments with express delivery are prioritised, so your order is likely to arrive within 2 working days of ordering.

can i cancel my order?
- We're so sad to hear you want to cancel your order, but we understand!
- If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we should be able to cancel it.
- Please contact us via the chatbot on the Contact Us page with your order number and why you'd like to cancel your order. We'll sort you out as soon as we can :)
do you take returns?
- Yes — we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened skincare or cosmetic products.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- If you’d like to return an item, you can choose to use your own shipping method, or we can provide you with a pre-paid tracked returns label for £4 (this amount will be deducted from your refund).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
- Please note: all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, which helps us cover handling and processing. This fee is waived if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or faulty — in those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
- If you’d like to start a return, please contact us via the chatbot on the Contact Us page with your order number and item details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
when will i get my refund?
- Your refund will be sent to the original payment method you used for your order.
- For Paypal purchases made with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account.
- if you payed using your PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account. Funds can take 3-5 days to arrive in your account.
- For purchases made with a debit or credit card, please check the refund timeframe with your card provider.
my order is damaged/wrong
- If your order arrives with a missing item/damaged item or is incorrect - we're really sorry!
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage (if relevant)
- A description of what's wrong with your order

what is a "pre-order" item?
- Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are on the way from our supplier.
- Purchasing a pre-order item reserves it for you before it arrives at our warehouse.
how long will my pre-order take to ship?
- Pre-order items typically take 2–3 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
- Once we receive them, your order will be packed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
can I order in-stock items and pre-order items together?
Yes, you can! Just note that they will not ship together due to different arrival times. Additionally, shipping for in-stock items and pre-order items are charged separately.
will my pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items?
Yes. Pre-order items are shipped separately from in-stock items because they have different dispatch times.
- In-stock items ship immediately.
- Pre-order items ship once they arrive (after 2–3 weeks).
Shipping fees are calculated accordingly at checkout.
will shipping fees be combined for in-stock and pre-order items?
No. Shipping for in-stock items and pre-order items is charged separately because they ship at different times.
This means:
In-stock items must meet the £25 free shipping minimum on their own to qualify.
Pre-order items must also meet the £25 free shipping minimum separately to qualify.
If either group does not meet the minimum, that part of your order will have its own shipping fee.
can I cancel my pre-order?
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellations may not be possible as the item may already be reserved with our supplier.
what happens if my pre-order is delayed?
Delays are rare, but if the supplier or courier causes a delay, we’ll notify you immediately via email. You can always contact us if you need an update on your order status.
how can I check the status of my pre-order?
We’ll email you updates when:
- Your pre-order is confirmed
- Your order is shipped
You can also contact us anytime for an update.
will pre-order items restock after this batch?
This varies by product. Some pre-orders are limited batches, while others will return. If an item is limited, we’ll mention it clearly on the product page.
can I return or exchange a pre-order item?
Yes — pre-orders follow our usual return policy. As long as the item is unused and unopened, you can request a return within our 14 day return window.

can i request an item that isn't on MYKSTYLE?
- Yes, we're always interested to know what you want to see on MYKSTYLE!
- Contact us with the name of the product. It's also really helpful if you send us a link/photo of the product you want.
- We'll get back to you as soon as possible and let you know if we can get the product, how much it is and when it will be available.
do I have to pay extra to request an item?
- No, this is a free service. However, we ask you pay a deposit worth 20% of the product price to confirm your request.
- This will contribute to your final payment, so when the product arrvies, you will only pay the remaining 80%.
- Please note that if you choose to cancel your product request after the cancellation period (3 days), your 20% deposit will not be refunded.
i've changed my mind, can i cancel my request?
- Please contact us asap if you'd like to cancel your product request.
- We have a cancellation period of 3 days beginning when you confirm your product request with us. if you cancel within this time, your 20% deposit will be refunded.
when will the item be available?
- This will vary depending on the item, but it usually takes 1-2 weeks.
- We'll keep you updated and let you know once it's available to purchase!
