A targeted gel for healed acne scars and marks.

  • A Korean scar-treatment gel designed for use after a spot or wound has healed, helping improve acne scars as well as raised, keloid and surgical scars. It should not be used as a treatment for active acne or an open spot. 

  • Triple active formula – Combines Heparin Sodium, Allantoin and Dexpanthenol to support scar recovery and help improve the appearance of existing scar tissue. 
  • Acne scar aftercare – Dong-A specifically positions Noscarna for the scar stage: once an extracted spot has healed or an active blemish has naturally settled and left a scar behind. 
  • Heparin Sodium 500 IU/g – Helps maintain moisture within scar tissue and forms part of Dong-A’s three-active scar treatment formula. 
  • Light gel texture – The soft gel can be gently massaged into individual marks and is designed for repeated application throughout the day. Dong-A says makeup can be applied immediately afterwards. 
  • More than acne scars – Officially indicated for hypertrophic and keloid scars as well as scars left after surgery. 
  • Updated formula – The current version also contains Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) and Vitamin E, which Dong-A added during its 2023 renewal to provide additional care for discolouration.

how to use

Once the spot or damaged skin has fully healed, apply to the scar and surrounding skin several times a day and gently massage in. Do not use it as an acne treatment while a spot is still active or the skin is open.
