Q. I’ve had dental implants. Can I still use this device?

A. If used near dental implants, stronger sensations such as tingling or sensitivity may occur, so use on that area is not recommended. For safe use, Medicube recommends consulting a medical professional before using the device.

Q. Can I use it every day?

A. Yes. Medicube recommends using the device once daily for around 5 minutes. If additional care is needed, you may add another 5 minutes using your preferred mode. Usage frequency can be adjusted depending on your individual skin condition.

Q. Can I use it on areas other than the face?

A. Yes, it can be used on body areas such as the neck, calves and arms. However, Medicube advises not to use the device on the eye area, neck hollow, scalp, underarms or near the heart while the power is on. Do not use on wounded areas or post-surgery sites.If you have metal implants in your body, Medicube recommends consulting a professional before use.

Q. My teeth feel sensitive when I use the device. Is this normal?

A. The Booster V-Roller uses medium-frequency stimulation to help support muscle firmness. When used near the teeth, temporary tooth sensitivity or mild tingling on the forehead or scalp may occur. These sensations are temporary and usually fade within approximately 10 minutes after use.

Q. Do I need to use the dedicated gel?

A. For smoother energy delivery and optimal performance, Medicube recommends using the dedicated gel developed specifically for this device.

Q. How is this different from the first-generation Derma EMS device?

A. The Booster V-Roller is designed to be used in combination with the Booster Pro Mini Plus and cannot be used on its own. Compared to the first-generation Derma EMS device, it uses higher-frequency stimulation for more precise and refined muscle care. After using the roller, additional skin-boosting care can be continued using the Mini Plus.

Q. Can I use the Booster V-Roller on its own?

A. No. The Booster V-Line roller head is designed to operate only when connected to the Booster Pro Mini Plus and does not function as a standalone device.

Q. Does the Booster V-Roller head need to be charged?

A. No. The roller head does not contain a built-in battery. It operates when connected to the Booster Pro Mini Plus. If power is low, Medicube advises charging the Mini Plus device.

Q. How do I clean the device?

A. After use, Medicube recommends gently wiping the head with a slightly damp cloth or clean tissue. For narrow areas between the rollers, a cotton bud may be used. Ensure the device is completely dry before storing.
